Bravo Sustainability Awards 2017: the winners
On Thursday the 25th of May, at Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall, the annual event of the Bravo Initiative took place: Bravo Sustainability Awards Tweet This!.
The Bravo Initiative
Seven years ago a social dialogue began in Greece, around sustainable development programs, policies and initiatives developed by a number of organizations (including businesses and business associations, academia, local authorities, civil society organizations and the media), that contribute to the creation of a sustainable economy and society.
Bravo Sustainability Awards
Bravo Sustainability Awards are intended to foster a systematic, multistakeholder dialogue on sustainable development, responsible business and social responsibility topics. More specifically, Bravo Sustainability Awards aim to:
- Draw attention to and reward best practices developed and implemented by businesses and/or business associations, local authorities and civil society that actively promote sustainable development, responsible entrepreneurship and social responsibility.
- Promote practices that serve as a model for innovation and growth.
- Support the collaboration between the private and public sector in taking action to improve quality of life.
- Raise public awareness of sustainable development and social responsibility issues.
- Strengthen networking between organizations taking action on sustainable development issues, creating partnerships.
